The Penn's

The Penn's have ended their contract with I Care For You Home Care, LLC. We helped Mr. Penn with his wife. She had several strokes, and needed assistance taking care of herself. This was a very rewarding experience for me. I worked 21 hours with her. She was a very courteous, polite woman. She would always talk about her family. I hired an employee to work 24 hours. Her name was Melodie. She was a good match. We worked good together. Mr. Penn loved having Melodie at the house. She was a hard worker. I wish I could have paid her more. She kept the house spotless, and she cared about the Penn's. They no longer could afford our services, so the contract was ended. It was a rewarding experience for me. I am glad I had the opportunity to work with the Penn's.

The business is prospering.  This is a rewarding business.  I feel so good when I can help a client receive the best care we have to offer.  I wish I had opened this business earlier.  I enjoy helping people in need.  This is my purpose in life.  I feel so good going to work everyday.  I love my job.

Missing Jazmine

I haven't posted in a month because I have been so busy promoting and marketing my business. I went to a Charlotte Chamber of Commerce meeting, and met a lot of interesting business owners. Owning your business is so rewarding. It is a lot of hard work. I know it will pay off in the end. I can see the benefits. I have a vision of a successful business. I haven't seen my granddaughter in 3 weeks. She normally visits me every 2 weeks. I really miss her. I talked to her today. She is in a lot of activities at her school. She is a very outgoing young lady. She was 9 years old on Oct. 1. We will probably celebrate when she visits us next week. Well, I will continue working on my business. Later.

Marketing the business

I met a young lady by the name of Shelby at my sister's hair salon. She is in the process of starting her own business. She asked me to help her get started. She is also completing her Masters in Marketing. I told her I would help her if she help me with marketing my company. She agreed, and we have been meeting ever since. She made a marketing plan up for me. We are going to complete the plan this week. She really is a lifesaver. I have no experience in marketing. I am so excited, because I know this will help me obtain more business. My husband is going to take a physical fitness test tomorrow. I hope he passes. This will help him to get a job with law enforcement. He have 10 years experience in law enforcement. He just need to master the test. I know he will. My husband is good at what he do. Jazmine's First Week of School

Missing Jazmine

Jazmine has returned home after spending the summer with us.  We had so much fun this summer.  We took her swimming, cookouts, parks, Disney World, and to museums.  We had so much fun.  She spent a lot of time playing with Max (Shar Pei).  They became good friends.  I will get to see her every two weeks.  She is such a blessing to our family.  My business is coming along.  I received a contract for some work.  I thank the Lord everyday for everything.  He is so good to me, and my family.  Thank you Jesus.  We enjoyed our first Carolina Panther's game on Aug. 9.  It was a lot of fun, because we won.  Life is good.  Well, Peace until later.
